Hangin' with My Peeps

Yesterday Don and I got to hang out with our buddy Crystal Storm, fellow writer and the head honcho over at SVT Publishing. She and her brother, Chris (a.k.a. Agent Bob) live in New Orleans, but are visiting family in NJ.

I absolutely LOVE this photo of us!

Don has gotten to hang out with Crystal before, but this was my first time meeting her in person. She is so awesome! I wish she didn't live so far away and that we could have had more time to hang out together. She's got a wicked sense of humor (VERY similar to Don's), loves to laugh, and - as you can surely see from the photo - is tiny like me.

Crystal also knows how to rock a fedora! Maybe I should start wearing one too? Hmmm...
